Explore the playful possibilities of AcroYoga: a joyful blend of yoga, acrobatics and healing arts!  In this introduction to the practice, we will play to cultivate trust and connection. Acrobatics may be daunting but by breaking the skills down into manageable elements with a yogic perspective, they become possible. We’ll round out the day with a delicious guided thai massage to leave you invigorated and refreshed.  Come on your own, with a partner, bring friends… the more the merrier.

About the Instructor: 
Maisah started studying yoga whilst looking for a way to maintain her body for her work as a modern dancer. She finished her Vinyasa 200hr certification in 2011 and was introduced to AcroYoga that same year. Already being in love with movement + people, she fell in love with the practice; eventually completing teacher training with the AcroYoga Montréal team in 2015. Community, compassion, and light-heartedness are the things that AcroYoga fills her with, so she strives share these in her teaching. In addition to AcroYoga, Maisah also teaches Aerial Yoga, Aerial Mellow Flow, Vinyasa (RYT200), Restorative & Kids' Yoga (RYCT).
