Learn to fly higher in OFSY’s Fall 2018 Advanced Aerial Yoga Teacher Training with Kristina Cubrilo and me! This 16-hour program is designed to give aerial yoga teachers the skills they need to sequence intelligent, dynamic and challenging classes at the intermediate/advanced level.
Expect to spend a lot of time in the aerial hammock apparatus, while you learn exciting advanced skills that will take your students to new heights. Additional modules include how to safely spot these advanced techniques and how to effectively sequence them into your classes. We’ll also look at advanced transitions, conditioning exercises for advanced poses and the art of weaving yogic philosophy into class.
A 5-Class Pack of Aerial Yoga Classes at Om Factory is included in your tuition. Interested students must fill out an online application for the program prior to enrolling. For more information, please check out our website or email tt@omfactory.yoga

NOTE: Morning Sessions will be at our Fashion District Location and Afternoon Sessions will be at our Union Square Location. Appropriate time to travel between locations will be given during the lunch break both days.

Prerequisites
All applicants must:
- have a minimum of one year experience teaching Aerial Yoga AND/OR a minimum of two years of dedicated Aerial Yoga Practice at an intermediate level.
- be comfortable inverting in the air and with working fifteen feet above the floor.
- fill out an online application prior to enrolling in the program.
