Brown Sugar Yoga: Seasonal Shifts

Let’s take a cue from the seasons that are shifting around us: learning how to start slowing down, how we might begin letting go of what we don’t need in the present moment, eventually making space to revel in rest. Along the way, we’ll weave in shorter snippets of self-care, to squirrel away for when burrowing into 2hrs of respite is more than your schedule allows.

Yoga and... Resilience

In this workshop we’ll explore both tools that can help us adapt to a variety of challenges thrown in our paths, expand our capacity to be with discomfort and situations beyond our control, plus nourish our needs for rest and rejuvenation. Communally we’ll identify habits we’ve already found feed us, plus ways that yoga and other wellness modalities are designed to help us bounce back when life feels like it’s pulling us down.
